By accessing or using the EVID-DGC platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
EVID-DGC is a secure blockchain-based evidence management system designed for law enforcement agencies, legal professionals, and authorized personnel to manage and verify digital evidence.
You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are immutable and publicly verifiable. Once evidence hashes and transaction data are recorded on-chain, they cannot be altered or deleted.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded evidence is accurate, complete, and unaltered. EVID-DGC provides cryptographic verification but does not validate the authenticity of content itself.
EVID-DGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss or legal outcomes.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or blockchain network issues may result in temporary service disruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that compromise system security or legal compliance.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
