Frothy reishi ‘latte’ - reishi, long considered the ‘Queen of the mushrooms’ is great for sleep, balancing female hormones & boosting immunity. I make these after dinner when I’m in need of a chill-out. Recipe below!
2 TBSP raw sunflower seeds
1 @foursigmatic reishi pack
1/2 TBSP cacao powder (optional)
1/2 TSP chia seeds
1/2 TSP coconut oil
1 cup hot water
Mix all ingredients in high speed blender for 3-5 mins, ENJOY!
