The SILK audio decoder (silk.dll, used to play WeChat voice messages) is built
from the SILK SDK sources as published in github.com/kn007/silk-v3-decoder at

ffmpeg (ffmpeg.exe, embedded in LEXIS and written to %LOCALAPPDATA%\AleappReader\ffmpeg
on first use, to convert Opus, AMR, AAC/M4A, MP3 and other audio for whisper.cpp and to
take JPEG frames from videos) is FFmpeg 9.0.2, built with its decoders, the JPEG and WAV
encoders and the scaler only by tools/ffmpeg/build.sh from the source
of the tag n9.0.2 (https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/archive/refs/tags/n9.0.2.tar.gz,
SHA-256 6e374ed621e48faa40639307dff48ba6fe574a509977956d2cce9669b7cc27e9), with no
GPL or non-free parts. FFmpeg is Copyright (c) 2000-2026 the FFmpeg developers and is
licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or later
(tools/ffmpeg/COPYING.LGPLv2.1; https://ffmpeg.org/legal.html). It runs as a separate
program: an ffmpeg.exe placed beside whisper-cli.exe is used instead for audio. Its H.264
and HEVC decoders implement formats that may be covered by patents in some countries.
Tesseract OCR (tesseract50.dll, Tesseract 5.0) and Leptonica (leptonica-1.82.0.dll),
x64, are taken unchanged from the Tesseract 5.2.0 NuGet package
(https://www.nuget.org/packages/Tesseract/5.2.0, Charles Weld and contributors).
Tesseract is Copyright Google Inc. and the Tesseract contributors, licensed under the
Apache License 2.0 (https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0). Leptonica is
Copyright (c) Dan Bloomberg and others, licensed under a BSD 2-clause licence
(http://www.leptonica.org/about-the-license.html).

The OCR models (*.traineddata: eng, ita, chi_sim, chi_tra, ara, rus, sqi, fra, deu,
spa, por, ron; embedded in LEXIS and written to %LOCALAPPDATA%\AleappReader\tessdata-4.1.0
on first use) are tessdata_fast 4.1.0 (https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tessdata_fast),
Copyright Google Inc., licensed under the Apache License 2.0.

vcruntime140.dll, vcruntime140_1.dll and msvcp140.dll are the Microsoft Visual C++
runtime (14.51), distributed with LEXIS app-locally, as Visual Studio's
redistributable code, so Tesseract runs where that runtime is not installed.

.NET libraries compiled into LEXIS, each under its own licence:
- Microsoft.Data.Sqlite 10.0.12, Copyright (c) .NET Foundation and Contributors, MIT.
- SQLitePCLRaw 2.1.12 (Eric Sink), Apache License 2.0, with SQLite (e_sqlite3),
which is in the public domain (https://sqlite.org/copyright.html).
- PdfPig 0.1.16 (https://github.com/UglyToad/PdfPig), Apache License 2.0.
- MetadataExtractor 2.8.1, Copyright Drew Noakes and contributors, Apache License 2.0.
- XmpCore 6.1.10.1, the .NET port of the Adobe XMP Toolkit, Copyright Adobe Systems
Incorporated and Drew Noakes, BSD 3-clause licence.
- CommunityToolkit.Mvvm 8.4.2, Copyright (c) .NET Foundation and Contributors, MIT.
- Microsoft.Web.WebView2 1.0.4258.31, Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation, under its
  own licence (BSD-style, https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Web.WebView2).

ALEAPP and iLEAPP run inside LEXIS on an embedded CPython runtime (Python Software
Foundation License) packaged with PyInstaller (GPL-2.0 with the bootloader exception,
which allows its use in programs under any licence); the Python packages each LEAPP
installs keep their own licences.
